Closure of Landrake Youth Club

It is with much regret that the Solomon Browne Committee has to report that the Youth Club Has had to close down. With a shortage of people coming forward to be Session Supervisors and a recent drop in numbers attending the Monday evening sessions, it is no longer possible to run the club.
The Youth Club funds and equipment have been handed to the Parish Council with the request that for the next three years they should be kept for the use of a youth project that the Council considers worthwhile and a benefit to the community The Solomon Browne Committee regrets having to close the Club after nine years of popular use and thank the Supervisors and Committee members for their support and valuable work
