Notice of Casual Vacancy
Landrake Parish Council has a casual vacancy following the resignation of Cllr Emma Williams. If you would like to be considered for co-option to the Council, please apply to the Parish Clerk by 1 October 2026. Applications can be sent by email to clerk@landrakeparishcouncil.gov.uk or using the postal address below.Eligibility
Applicants must be included on the current electoral register for the parish or, throughout the 12 months immediately before the relevant date, must have:
• Lived in the parish, or within three miles of it;
• Occupied land or premises in the parish as an owner or tenant; or
• Had their principal or only place of work in the parish.
Applicants must also not be disqualified from serving as a councillor.

Interviews and Council meeting
Interviews with councillors will take place on 13 October 2026. Applicants should attend the Council meeting at 7.00 pm on the same date. Both the interviews and the public meeting will be held at the Sir Robert Geffery Memorial Hall, Landrake.
